A connection community for women

Welcome to the Bestie Squad

Hey, I'm Dani. For years I had a full life and an empty Tuesday night. I was friendly with just about everyone and truly close with almost no one.

So I built a place where women choose each other on purpose, week after week, until the connection becomes real. There's a seat here for you, bestie.

  • 250+ women already inside
  • First 14 days free
  • $17/month or $170/year
  • Dani reads every application

This is what belonging looks like

Real members, real weekends. Nobody here is performing, and everybody is invited.

Let's be honest

Raise your hand if making friends as an adult is harder than anyone admits.

You've been to the thing. You've exchanged the numbers. You've sent the follow-up text that never got answered.

You're plenty good with people. It's everything after the first ten minutes that nobody ever explained.

One woman called it throwing pasta at a wall to see what sticks. Two years, thirty events, no one to call.

Nobody ever taught you that real connection is something you build on purpose. There's a name for that stall, bestie: the acquaintance ceiling.

Together, on purpose

Small groups. Big nights. Your people.

Small groups and events happen throughout the week, so there's always a next time with the same faces. Some of it happens in a room together and some of it happens on your phone at 11pm. Both count.

  • Meet-ups. Small, informal, and built around what you're actually into. A few women, a park or a trailhead, no agenda beyond seeing each other.
  • Retreats and events. Bigger gatherings and days away with the women you've been showing up for. Outside Utah? These are worth the trip, and you're invited.
  • Between gatherings. A digital space that's curated on purpose and kept safe, where you can say the true thing and be met by women who want to hear it.

From the Squad

In their own words

Breanne Su’a, Bestie Squad member, smiling under an umbrella

“The Bestie Squad came into my life at such a needed time. After moving to a new neighborhood and experiencing significant grief and loss, the Besties helped me find my spark again! The activities, challenges, and events are so fun, but it’s the connections that have truly been life-changing. I struggled finding genuine, lasting friendships growing up and feel like I’ve finally found women who love me for me. Just come—there’s a place for YOU here!”

“After getting divorced, I felt like I was starting from scratch. With everything. Genuine friendships seemed to be one of the hardest things to find. People are busy, or already have their people, and joining the Bestie Squad has helped me come out of my shell AND build friendships, without built in expectations. This group has the most genuine women I have ever met, and I’ve never felt like I don’t belong. What an incredible thing to experience and be a part of. Women who TRULY support each other through every walk of life. I love it here ❤️”

“…I was nervous to attend my first Bestie event, but Dani was so happy I came, even though it had been five years since we had seen each other! That gave me the courage to introduce myself to other women - everyone was so friendly and welcoming. … No matter what stage of life you are in, there is a Bestie who can relate. Come join the squad!”

“Joining the Bestie Squad gave me something to look forward to when I was moving to a new city and leaving a place with many dear friends. I was nervous to attend my first Bestie event, but Dani was so happy I came, even though it had been five years since we had seen each other! That gave me the courage to introduce myself to other women - everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I have met so many genuinely kind women since joining, some of whom have become new dear friends. These women have even opened their arms to embrace my daughters! My girls feel the sincerity in the love from the Besties. No matter what stage of life you are in, there is a Bestie who can relate. Come join the squad!”

“In the Bestie Squad, I met new friends, some of whom immediately came to introduce themselves and embraced me in hugs. There are SO many activities available-- way more than I could possibly attend. I've developed wonderful friendship with ladies of all ages and in all stages of life. It's so wonderful that we can all find things in common and connect in different ways.”

“…They’ve become my people, my cheerleaders, my support system, and the sisters I didn’t even know I needed. … These are the women who show up, who celebrate the little things, who make ordinary moments unforgettable, and who remind you that you never have to do life alone. …”

“I originally joined The Bestie Squad to network and make connections for my business I had just started , but I had no idea I was walking into something that would change my life in such a meaningful way. 💙

Over this past year, I’ve found some of the most incredible women who have become so much more than friends. They’ve become my people, my cheerleaders, my support system, and the sisters I didn’t even know I needed.

These are the women who show up, who celebrate the little things, who make ordinary moments unforgettable, and who remind you that you never have to do life alone. The friendships I’ve built this past year are some of the strongest and most genuine I’ve ever experienced, and I know they’re the kind that will last a lifetime.

I may have joined to grow my business, but what I’ve gained is so much more valuable. I’ve found a community, a sisterhood, and friendships I will forever be grateful for.

Sometimes the best things in life come from simply putting yourself out there and being willing to meet new people. You never know when a new connection will turn into a forever friendship.”

The method

Meaningful connection is built on purpose.

The Roadmap replaces guesswork with four stages, the same path behind every Bestie Squad group.

  1. The acquaintance ceiling

You're good with people. What nobody taught you is what comes after the first ten minutes.

  2. Choosing the same people again

The same women, again and again, until being together stops feeling like small talk.

  3. Matched effort

A host who notices, and a rotation so no one woman ends up carrying the whole group.

  4. It stops being optional

Somewhere around the sixth or eighth time together, people start following up without being asked.

You're matched into a small group that meets the same night every week, with a host whose job is to notice who's gone quiet. Trust needs reps, bestie, and the same women every week is how you get them.

A personal letter

From Dani

Hey bestie,

A few years ago, I was the loneliest I'd ever been. I'd just moved and didn't know a soul. Most nights I sat scrolling my phone, wondering why making friends as an adult felt SO impossible. 🥹

I tried everything. Apps. Church groups. "Putting myself out there." Nothing stuck.

So I did something that felt a little crazy. I started a group chat with five women I barely knew and said, "Hey. I need friends. Real ones. Want to try this together?"

That little group chat is where the Bestie Squad started. I still read every application myself, because I want every woman who walks in to feel seen.

If you've been waiting for your people, come sit with us. You're not alone, and we'll always make room for you here. 🖤

With love, Dani

The Bestie Squad, in the spotlight

Dani has shared the Bestie Squad story on KSL, ABC4 and LDS Living, because so many women feel the acquaintance ceiling and never say it out loud.

What to expect

No pressure. No surprises.

$17 a month or $170 a year, and your first 14 days are free. Dani personally gets to know every new member during those two weeks. If it isn't your room right now, cancel before day 15 and you're never charged. And if anything is ever charged during your first 14 days, it's refunded.

Picture it: a room full of women who want you there, and a Tuesday when someone texts because you weren't there last week.

Who would notice if you stopped showing up?

That kind of connection gets chosen, bestie, and you can start choosing it today.
